Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staffworldwide.

This is a senior strategy position.

You will play a central role on the Coty business, working with the leadership team on the account to drive new thinking and growth.

Working closely with key stakeholders in the Coty business (media, precision marketing,digital & data teams) and also across Publicis, bringing together the thinking across all key disciplines (IM, Commerce, Social, Digital).

You will work across all the Coty prestige and mass beauty brands.


Whilst we are a very collaborative team, in this role you will have the independence to really own the relationship with the client and drive the business alongside & with the support of the Coty Leadership team.

The strategy team on Coty is a connectoracross all our specialist teams.

We are the driver of change in our client's business & the voice of the brands across all Publicis specialist teams.

You need to be passionate about understanding the impact of our strategies on consumers and the client's business.

As part of the Coty leadership team, you will craft the vision that unites the rest of the team behind the ambition & tasks that drive excellence& continuous improvement for Coty.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience already in a strategy director level role. Ideally, you will have worked on a global client and have experience in bringing together specialist teams. Your reporting line will be directlyinto the MD on the Coty business.

On a day-to-day basis we expect you to be a leader and mentor for the strategy team which is made of 4 strategists.


Description


This role will see you working with your team & other specialist teams across Publicis teams and agencies to develop global brand communication guidelines & roadmaps for all Coty brands.

You will be confident in translating the broad business objectivesof our client's brands into specific, relevant and ambitious communications goals.


In line with these goals, you will work with the team to produce media strategies which detail the role for different media channels, and credible measures for each.

You will be a key connector across the extended team, setting the direction for communicationsacross the business, articulating it clearly and ensuring all stakeholders (global & local across Publicis and Coty teams) are aligned & know how it can be implemented in their specialism/market.


We are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of holistic plans & integration across all disciplines - brand, strategy, digital, IM, creative.

You will be working closely with the agency & client digital leads to develop a data-lead communicationsolutions so that the team are able to identify and interpret actionable consumer insights using data.

You will also work with your strategy team to deliver thought leadership that will shape the future of Coty's communications.

You will be passionate about tackling the challenges that face luxury & beauty brands in the modern marketing landscape.

With a deep understanding of how the changing media landscape can enable brands to engage with consumers and influence their behaviourin new ways.

You will enjoy working with a wide range with data and have very strong attention to detail.


As a strong team player who is keen to learn and results-driven, you will come into this role ready to take responsibility for driving the effective implementation of activity within the account and be eager to share your knowledge with the wider team.

Youwill work closely with the leadership team on the Coty business and have a shared responsibility in driving and building the client relationship.


Qualifications

Key requirements:


  • Great client management with clear communication skills.
  • Accustomed to dealing with senior clients from media, digital, IM specialisms.
  • Ability to look and think big picture, but also deep dive into granular detail when needed.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker. You will constantly be thinking and developing new approaches and ideas to drive improvements.
  • Selfstarter you will have the energy to kick start projects and define the path for the team.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills to align client and agency teams.
  • Strong team player who is keen to learn and upskill others in the team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives.
  • Be prepared to travel to Paris & Amsterdam frequently
