Senior DevOps Engineer

Birmingham (Remote, UK)

£85k + 10% Bonus
Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and innovative organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior DevOps Engineer.


Job Purpose:


As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will deliver on the clients important goals, providing technical guidance on solutions to both clients and the team.

To be successful in this role you
must have experience in the following:

  • Cloud computing
  • ideally
    AWS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
    Terraform:
  • Excellent knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines
  • J
    enkins or Github:
  • Experience with Containerisation/Orchestration
    Docker, Kubernetes:


  • Programming languages


  • NodeJs or Java etc:
  • Scripting Languages
    Bash, PHP etc:


  • Operating systems


  • Linux

Desirable:


  • Having worked within the Broadcast/Media industry
  • Memcache / Redis
  • PHP
  • DNS
  • OpenVPN
  • Puppet
  • Beanstalk
