CLIENT MANAGER
£40,000 - £55,000, PENSION, 25 HOLIDAY DAYS
LONDON
We are working with a global research agency, who conduct exciting research projects for their clients, focusing largely on the FMCG and retail sectors.
They're looking for a Client Manager to help lead research projects from end to end whilst managing relationshipswith some of the biggest brands in the world.
THE ROLE:
The Client Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead client projects from start to finish, including analysis and debrief
- Managing client relationships throughout the process
- Creating a budget for projects
- Working in tandem with other teams in a collaborative culture
- Demonstrate a passion for brands and communications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Client Manager will have:
- Experience with quantitative research methodologies (brand tracking, segmentation)
- Project management experience
- Mentoring experience would be great
- Excellent communication skills
- Brand communications experience
