Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to our sales team and assist in achieving sales goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for sales.


Duties:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions

Skills:

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
