We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory.

This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports
Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts
Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper materials handling techniques and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to identify discrepancies or potential issues

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials handling, logistics, and business processes
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to operate a forklift and perform heavy lifting when necessary
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Experience working with thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers is a plus.
