Business Analyst

Salary - £35,000-45,000

Remote (Exeter)
A bespoke financial service provider are looking for a Business Analyst to join the company. This is an established company with a real family feel to their working environment. Are you hungry to further your BA and Salesforce career at somewhere where yourwork will be valued and will give you the opportunity to develop?

The Role:

  • Gaining responsibility for the daytoday running of the org (Salesforce)
  • You will be speaking to Salesforce Developers to ensure your work is aligned (offshore)
  • Speaking to stakeholders at different levels to understand problems and solutions to a high spec
  • Using your configuration / automation skills to ensure solutions are found
  • The opportunity to customise the org, learning new technologies and helping to integrate them into the system
  • Requirements analysis, workshopping, process mapping etc. whilst working under the regulations a Finance Company must follow

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years handson experience as a Business Analysis
  • You MUST have experience in Finance (therefore awareness for things like FCA regulations, GDPR and AML etc.)
  • MUST have experience with Salesforce and interacting with Developers / Technical Specialists
  • Experience requirement gathering and analysing
  • A tenacious attitude to improve your Salesforce / Technical Skills and learn new things Salesforce related
  • 1 day a month in the office (Cornwell) Please note travel and accommodation is covered.
