Warehouse Team Leader - Plymouth, United Kingdom - Algram Group Ltd. (ALG)

Description

Responsibilities:

• This role is working Monday
• Friday, 40 hours per week.
• 6am 2.30pm / 9.30am 6pm, alternating weeklyThis role will be working with our Warehouse Team Leader and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure raw materials are fed into the production line on time; whilst guiding the Warehouse Operators

Other duties include:

• Holding return to work meetings, interviews, people discussions
• Attending training to develop as a Team Leader
• To receive, unpack and count deliveries from both internal and external suppliers
• Picking and issuing stock to internal customers and maintaining stock accuracy by carrying out regular stock checks
• Ensuring materials are delivered on time, in the right place at the correct quality standard whilst maintaining overall inventory accuracy to agreed company targets
• Maintaining stock to ensure the production line has an adequate supply of material to prevent downtime

Your qualification

For this role, you must have:

• A valid and in date FLT licence
• A valid and in date driving licence
• Previous experience of working as a Warehouse Operator
