Electrical Supervisor/ Foreman


You will be Reporting to the Contracts Managers & Contracts Supervisors, you will be responsible for supervising install teams on-site.


  • Ensure regular spot checks are carried out onsite to enforce all electrical installations are meeting regulations
  • Checking H&S on site
  • Completing site paperwork as and when required.
  • Carrying out post work inspections.
  • Completing minor snagging to ensure works is completed to the highest of standard.
  • Manage onsite operations on a daytoday basis ensuring operatives are working efficiently and have the correct materials, plant, PPE and equipment to carry out works.
  • Liaise with the Store Person/ Buyer for required materials
  • Provide technical support to customers and engineers.
  • Good communication skills, with tenants, clients and other members of the business.
  • Become part of an electrical team where you will be responsible for carrying out works on and off the tools to suit the business needs (80% off the tools 20% on)

What we are looking for:


  • Experienced Electrical Supervisor/Site Foreman working within the domestic social housing sector.
  • City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering (JIB Gold Card).
  • Experience of rewiring occupied domestic dwellings is an advantage
  • Experience in the social housing sector is beneficial but NOT essential.
  • Experienced dealing with all types of electrical installation work.
  • Ability to get around day to day technical/install problems in a working environment with engineers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.
