    Description

    Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

    • Generating weekly revenue and bookings reports to inform business decisions
    • Preparing month-end financial statements and performing account reconciliations
    • Maintaining a fixed assets register and conducting audits as necessary
    • Coordinating year-end stock takes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Reviewing and reconciling monthly balance sheets to ensure accuracy
    • Preparing quarterly VAT returns and ensuring tax compliance
    • Collaborating with sales and services teams to analyze cost of sales and margin impacts
    • Performing ad-hoc analysis to support business needs
    • Leading the year-end audit process and ensuring smooth closure of the accounting period

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a finance team
    • AAT certification or equivalent qualification
    • Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A team player with strong communication skills
