CWPT's All Adult Mental Health Directorate is excited to share this secondment opportunity.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced individual to play an active role in leading on a number of key areas and projects, using data and patient feedback to support change that will improve the experience for our patients.

The role requires collaborative working across the directorate, a sound knowledge of NHS access standards, project management and a 'can do attitude' with a strong focus on delivery.

Good communication skills and being able to work with all levels of staff are crucial, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.


This is a senior leadership role within the directorate, which is being advertised to create the additional capacity for whole service transformation and leadership required at this critical time.


Reporting directly to the Associated Director, the post holder will take direction from the same, working in partnership with the General Manager team to expedite delivery of key projects within the programme of work across local All Adult Mental Health services.

The post holder will work closely with other colleagues, including the Heads of Service, Medical Directors, Associate Director of Nursing and the Safety and Quality Leads to support the delivery of internal and external programmes ensuring they run to time and fulfil their programme objectives.
