An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, primarily based at our stunning villages at Classic Residences and Brighton on Bay.

With your personable and driven nature, you will play an active role in the village and ensuring the continued success of our Health and Wellbeing program for our residents.


The Role:

  • Assist with the design and delivery of highquality, Health and Wellbeing initiatives within our independent living villages
  • Evaluate initiatives and activities against customer key performance indicators (KPI's).
  • Collate, analyse, evaluate, and present data on the health and wellbeing program for reporting and continuous improvement
  • Develop relationships with Home Care and Community care providers, Aged Care and Allied Health professionals.
  • Develop a documentation and recording system which ensures compliance with privacy legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and demonstrate your initiative in promoting our Health and Wellbeing program.
Having a vibrant people-centric focus will see you thrive in this role, as will:

  • Degree qualification in Allied health / Health Promotion / Science; OR
  • A Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or Community Services
  • Current AHPRA registration applicable to Allied Health qualifications
  • Highly developed communication skills, high degree of emotional empathy, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Retirement Living experience and/or passion working with seniors
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a complex multidisciplinary team environment and able to work autonomously.-
  • Have a Driver's license with own transport
  • Above all, you will display soft leadership skills and be passionate about developing and implementing a high-quality Health & Wellbeing pilot program and strategy for our residents.

Please note:

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
