Are you an experienced leader of change with a desire to make a difference to the lives of others? Are you able to motivate, engage and support teams to deliver sustainable improvement in complex environments at pace? Do you want to be part of an exciting team that are working to transform the way in which health and care is delivered, not just within the walls of a hospital, but reaching across health and care providers?


We are looking for a senior transformation lead to provide direction and drive delivery of some of our key programmes of work.

This will be someone who is highly motivated and brings with them a drive for improving services and developing people, alongside the experience of delivering complex change programmes in a challenging environment.

We are specifically looking for people who have a passion for and experience in
either one **of the following areas:


  • Leading the development of a sustainable culture of continuous improvement, motivating people to build improvement into their daily practice and implementing the supporting infrastructure and shaping leadership behaviours to sustain this approach.
  • Leading digital transformation by taking a user and patientcentred approach to designing and delivering digital solutions that will support improvement across services and processes
