    Description

    Drive the sustainability transition with Sillion, a consultancy combining technical expertise, proprietary modelling tools, and stakeholder needs understanding.

    We provide actionable information on strategy and operations, and data, insights, and reporting for ESG requirements.

    Job Description:

    Expert advice on developing and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and net zero transformation.

    We have successfully delivered our proprietary modelling tool to FTSE100 and FTSE250 clients in various sectors.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Contribute experience and insight into Sillion's strategic direction and offering.
    • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, generate new leads, and contribute to business development and revenue growth.
    • Provide senior oversight of multiple projects, ensuring account teams deliver high-quality outcomes to clients, on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with our in-house modelling team to analyse sustainability data and provide actionable insights for clients.
    • Perform line management duties, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing mentorship and career development guidance to consulting team members.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of overall experience.
    • 5+ years in consultancy.
    • 3+ years in the sustainability space.
    • A proven track record in sustainability consulting.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills and management capabilities.
    • Experience working in a small consultancy or start-up environment.
