£30,400 - £34,300 Full time salary (pro rata for 4 days)


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Events Support to support the Events Manager in organising a wide range of employee events and activities, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

The Events Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing employee morale, teamwork, and overall satisfaction.

This role is part-time 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday), which would be a combination of home and office working, with at least 2 days per week in the office.


Event Planning:

  • Develop an understanding of events and individual's / team requirements.
  • Venue search for external team meetings, booking suitable space for teams.
  • Help to organise teambuilding activities, helping us investigate ways we can manager which teams are using the team events budget and which teams are under utilising it.
  • Assist the events manager in organising the big four company events which include a company holiday or festival and our company birthday party.
  • Researching and contacting suppliers and comparing quotes securing services within budget constraints and quality.
  • Manage researching and booking accommodation for employees and their guests for events such as the company Christmas Party and Birthday party.
  • Assisting with creative decisions and ideas to improve our events.
Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience of working on events (employee events a plus but not essential)
  • Experience of communicating with suppliers and maintaining a good relationship.
  • Passion for creating and delivering successful events.
  • Willing to learn and understand how events work
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to handle issues that arise during the planning phase and onsite, remaining calm and finding the right solutions to situations.
