    The Role

    We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our High End Fit Out/Stonework Contractor team in London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage project finances from initiation to final account
    • Prepare cost estimates and budgets, as well as procurement schedules
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and oversee financial aspects
    • Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
    • Provide detailed financial reports and updates to senior management
    • Identify and manage potential financial risks throughout project lifecycles

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential or stonework projects
    • Strong understanding of high-spec construction processes and finishes
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) preferred
