About the role


Our Digital Product Manager role will be responsible for defining and implementing the digital roadmap to support achievement of our overall business objectives across all digital products and channels.

The Digital Product Owner needs to lead the way in defining and building the Atlanta Partnerships digital proposition, attracting new customers, supporting existing customers and maximising sales through all our online platforms.

How will you do this?


Joining our Proposition team, Leading the Digital team to ensure that all aspects of the digital proposition are defined, designed, delivered, and managed in terms of best practice and the wider business vision.


  • Identifying new digital opportunities, which help deliver our proposition to the market.
  • Develop business cases and user stories for new digital features.
  • Owning, managing and prioritising the digital backlog and liaising with business stakeholders
  • Leading standups and ensuring the digital team are running effectively and efficiently.
  • Implementing and managing a range of strategic and tactical website projects, developments and updates to achieve and support business goals.
  • Leading the UX team to research and identify user needs and behaviours and how this translates into required enhancements and improvements to our digital products.
  • Work with the UX team and designers to draft wireframes and protypes and ensure your digital products are easy to use.
  • Leading the frontend development team to deliver high quality digital enhancements and functionality.
  • Managing relationships with our thirdparty integrators and developing our API proposition as part of the digital strategy and roadmap.
  • Being the business lead on digital workstreams, required to deliver the wider business change portfolio.
  • Providing digital support for all areas of the business
  • Relationship management with key internal departments
  • Effective budget control and management
