The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • End-to-End Payroll Management
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Record-Keeping and Documentation
  • Tax Compliance
  • Payroll Reconciliation
  • Employee Support
  • Benefits Administration

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Senior Payroll Specialist will be have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of handson experience managing all aspects of payroll independently within a senior role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
