The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the following:

End-to-End Payroll Management
Regulatory Compliance
Record-Keeping and Documentation
Tax Compliance
Payroll Reconciliation
Employee Support
Benefits Administration

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Senior Payroll Specialist will be have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of handson experience managing all aspects of payroll independently within a senior role.
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
Exceptional organisational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
