The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- End-to-End Payroll Management
- Regulatory Compliance
- Record-Keeping and Documentation
- Tax Compliance
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Employee Support
- Benefits Administration
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Senior Payroll Specialist will be have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of handson experience managing all aspects of payroll independently within a senior role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
