Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a newly refurbished Chiropractic Clinic? We are seeking a part time receptionist to join our expanding family run, chiropractic, and health clinic.

Our clinic has a 45-year reputation of delivering high quality care to the local community in a friendly and warm environment.

This role entails a variety of receptionist duties, as well as cleaning responsibilities, and requires flexibility to cover holidays and sickness across our 3 clinics, which are based in Taunton and Wellington.

Hours available are as follows:

• Wednesday and Friday 8.30am pm in our Chard Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
• Schedule and manage appointments using our clinic management system, maintaining an organized and efficient diary.
• Assist in patient registration and ensure accurate data entry for new and existing patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, waiting room, and common areas, including light cleaning duties.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
• Cover reception duties at our other clinics as required, offering support during holidays and sickness absences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and data entry.
• Flexibility to work parttime hours and cover shifts across multiple clinic locations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• A friendly and empathetic nature, demonstrating a genuine desire to help others.
• Knowledge of chiropractic services and a passion for promoting holistic health is a plus.
