Opera and YoYo Games Limited, the creators of the globally-renowned games engine "GameMaker", are looking for 3 paid game-programming internships over the summer of 2024.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Developing new game projects from beginning to end
  • Scheduling, performing, and documenting your work via GitHub
  • Following/creating design documentation and acceptance criteria
  • Reviewing existing GameMaker documentation and reporting any issues
  • Working with various departments in order to ensure the project is accurate and according to the intent of the plan

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in GameMaker
  • Experience in using source control, ideally in Git
  • Executing projects across various devices and conducting selftesting
  • Good time management
