Are you someone with a passion for education, experienced in early years or primary teaching, and a talent for creating compelling video content? Twinkl's England Parents team is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us as a Live Lessons Marketing Assistant, specialising in live videos and video content creation.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of diverse creative talents to develop captivating content that resonates with our parent audience.

Together, we'll empower parents with innovative tools, shaping the future of learning one video at a time.


Ongoing projects/how you'll spend your day:


  • Confident Live Video Presence: Demonstrate confidence in front of the camera, engaging with our audience effectively during live video sessions.

Engaging Audience Interaction: Utilise your teaching experience to engage viewers and foster interactive experiences, especially in situations where direct audience feedback is limited.

Proactive Problem Solver:Take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, consistently proposing innovative solutions to enhance video content quality and engagement.

Effective Communication and Organization: Communicate seamlessly with team members and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination in video production. Maintain organised workflows to meet deadlines and targets efficiently.

Requirements:

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Experience in the English Early Years or Primary Teaching, with a solid understanding of educational needs and trends.
  • Proven ability to create engaging video content, particularly in live settings, and familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members and parents.
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving in a fastpaced environment while fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Can be international as long as they have an understanding of the England National Curriculum or office based to access printing and equipment
