Bristol SEN**Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team of eight, we are a successful and respected team of three based in the centre of Bristol.

We are have an amazing office set in a large Georgian Building just off Brandon Hill Park, near the Clifton area.

The Role

As a Trainee SEN Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you will play an essential role in the success of the company.

You will be recruiting, meeting and vetting your educators and building strong relationships with existing client schools as well asdeveloping business with non-client schools.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with the following

  • Attracting the best educators through marketing, CV boards and job adverts
  • Ensuring quality and child safety through interviewing and vetting all your educators face to face
  • Developing business by meeting existing and nonexisting client school Headteachers
  • Strategising and collaborating with colleagues to drive your business forward
  • Delivering to best customer service to educators and client schools
