Description

Objective - The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team responsible for obtaining on-street Work permits mainly to residents and businesses from Local Council & Traffic Management Dept.

Planning
Preparing Supporting Documents Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Site Execution Plan

Submit to Traffic Management & Local Council for Approval

Coordinate with all Authorities to Obtain Site Work Permit
Verification of permit requests & NOC requisition within the Right of Way (utility permits, temporary excavation permits & NOCs etc)
Perform excavation permit review/approval tasks
Issuance of permits and NOCs both manual and online web based.
Effective governance and management of Right of Way all in accordance with company's guidelines
Integration of existing utilities in liaison with various agencies and authorities.
Comply with all applicable safety and healthrelated rules, regulations, and procedures.
Project coordination with all authorities with regard to all Utility corridors
Planning

and design assistance in streamlining the utility requirements considering the long term ROW needs with respect to transportation facilities etc.
