Description

The Employee Benefits Administrator will provide support to Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants in the ongoing servicing of existing clients and the processing of new business, whilst continually striving to exceed expectations to ensure clients receive a consistent, high level of service and support.

This includes implementing new workplace pension schemes, along with processing scheme reviews.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for new and existing clients for defined contribution workplace pension schemes
  • Process pension contribution, uploading files monthly in accordance with service standards and regulatory deadlines
  • Manage open market scheme reviews, in conjunction with the Consultant, for new defined contribution workplace pension schemes
  • Dealing with fee and invoice enquiries; issuing and monitoring payments
  • Obtain pension provider quotations/product terms for workplace pension schemes
  • Meet and greet clients arranging refreshments and catering when applicable.
  • Maintaining the booking of the meeting room ensuring the diary is kept up to date and visitor parking allocated.
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with the Consultants, colleagues and management in order to provide an efficient and effective service to the Consultant and the client, in all available mediums
Essential requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role. Full training will be provided, where required.
  • A broad understanding of defined contribution workplace pension schemes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency in data management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative teamwork approach to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Relevant professional industry qualifications desirable or a commitment to obtaining them.
