Abrey Maintenance Ltd is a family run business working in Cambridge for the last 32 years.

The type of work we carry out is anything from kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, window fitting in fact everything from a dripping tap through to complete property refurbishment.

This means that you will probably be crossing the trades on a daily basis but it does not mean you need to know all of them because there is a wealth of experience within the business that can help guide you in the areas that you are not so strong in.

You will need to have experience of working in a domestic environment with the ability to communicate well, work within a team and also on your own.

Own tools required for most situations but specialist items will be provided. You will need to have your own van

This is a permanent job on a self-employed basis.

We work approximately 46 weeks of the year which will give you an income of anything from £33,120 - £37,260.

It is based on working a five-day week with the potential of extra work If it is there.
