The purpose of the role is to support the Contracts and Tender Manager and wider team.

You will perform various tender, pricing, contract and commercial administrative tasks with the aim to maintain high levels of data integrity and information quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining Contracts and Pricing databases, including Contracts and Tender Excellence on SalesForce platform
  • Drafting customer agreements using preapproved Mӧlnlycke contract templates
  • Coordinating signatures and filing commercial contracts
  • Supporting administration of tender activities with input from key business stakeholders and external organisations
  • Completing questionnaires, assessments and product catalogues on requests from customers
  • Providing administration support to Tender Specialist, Pricing Specialist Commercial Offer Specialist
  • Provide additional support and any other adhoc administrative duties as required
