Job Title:
School Administrator

Term Time Only


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, including managing databases, maintaining student records, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between staff, parents, and students. Manage incoming inquiries and correspondences promptly and professionally.

Attendance and Pupil Data Management:
Utilize SIMS and other relevant software to maintain accurate attendance records and pupil data. Generate reports as required by school leadership.

Office Management:
Oversee the smooth running of the school office, including handling telephone calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.

Events Coordination:
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure all logistics are in place for successful events.

Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant educational policies and regulations. Ensure the school's adherence to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.


Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as a School Administrator or similar role within the education sector.

Proficient in using school management software, particularly SIMS.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with education-related policies and procedures.
