Currently recruiting a Legal Secretary for a permanent role- Based in Perth for a law firm
About Our Client:
Legal firm in Perth
- Dealing with client enquiries and coordinating meetings
- Audio and copy typing of letters and other legal documents
- Using case management system, preparing invoices, statements of account etc
- General office administrative tasks, including reception cover when required
The Successful Applicant:
- Legal Secretarial experience in any area preferred but not essential
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Strong general Administrative skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, flexible attitude ; enjoys working as part of a busy team
