    **Transformative Data Product Manager Opportunity at Barclays**

    Embark on a transformative journey as a Data Product Manager where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.

    The purpose of this role is to drive the development of key data products, working with business owners to capture the key priorities and shape the problem statement into a clear backlog of ready work for the feature team.

    You will collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process, utilising your knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

    Purpose of the Role

    • Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
    • Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision, communicating it with relevant stakeholders and the development team.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.
    • Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
    • Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meet the bank's performance standards.
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.

    Assistant Vice President Expectations

    • Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
    • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
    • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
    • Perform work closely related to other areas, requiring understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to organisational objectives.
    • Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
    • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.
    • Communicate complex information to stakeholders.
    • Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
