Description
My client is looking for a Part time Admin Assistant starting asap on a temporary basis working 25 hours per week

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Purchase order inputting
  • gathering prices, checking availability of parts, chasing expected delivery date and receipting delivery.
  • Order entry into Opera and job file setup including creation of h number folder on server adding job cards to Trello and linking of tender documents.
  • Continue to update opera job values as variation and additional orders are received.
  • Send RFQs to suppliers and chase for returned prices.
  • Enter parts into opera for ordering and issue POs to suppliers.
  • Chase suppliers for delivery dates of products. make notes on job cards for expected delivery dates of parts.
  • Liaise with clients regarding delivery of equipment including collection of delivery requirements and details
  • Dealing with returns faulty equipment
  • Telephone duties
  • Pick up calls for the wider organisation (i.e. reception calls) and fields accordingly to other parts of the organisation
  • Assisting with processing paperwork
  • Compilation of the compliance paperwork

Experience and Education:


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a busy office
  • Use of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience of dealing with phone calls
  • Experience in divisional specific programs
  • Support other departments within the company
Working 25 hours per week

9:30am - 3pm (Flexible)

Half hour lunch break


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
