- Recruit, train, and motivate staff while monitoring performance and enforcing procedures
- Carry out regular stock takes, place orders, and track stock levels
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all health and safety regulations are met

- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths
- 2+ years bar or hospitality management experience (preferred)
- Must hold a valid Personal Licence

We run major live music events and the bar moves at pace, so you need to be confident working in a high energy environment.
