Description
Due to recent business growth, Atlas repairs ltd have a vacancy in their operations team for a
Scheduling Coordinator.

The role involves discussing and arranging service visits with clients so that the Vehicles Tail lift are "LOLER inspected" and kept within the legal requirements.

The Atlas computer system is used to prompt what is due to be done in the coming month. By booking in advance, a mutually convenient time can be agreed with the customer.

Where repairs are required, when parts are have arrived, calls to customers are also made so that the repair can be quickly arranged.


The Booking team arranges this part of the service support, but all members of the operations team also answer incoming calls to provide prompt breakdown support and allocate the job to one of the nationwide Atlas Repairs Engineers.

The role is full time, office based, working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, where training will be provided on all aspects of the office duties to provide cover for any absence due to holiday or sickness.

£29,250.00-£35,000.00 per year
