Description
A housing developer who specialise in luxury new build property are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team of coordinators, operatives & managers based in Kent

Day to day duties

  • Taking incoming & outgoing calls from residents
  • Being aware of the property warranty so that you are able to diagnose defects
  • Managing operatives diary's
  • Communicating with customers throughout the process of their concern
  • Updating internal defect spreadsheet
  • Communicating with the site teams to ensure you are kept up to date
