Our client, a well-respected independent agent, is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Cheltenham.

Working hours of a Sales Negotiator:

Monday to Friday 9am
5.30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30am pm

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

Up to £25,000 basic

- £32,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Business mileage paid for

Sales Negotiator requirements:

Previous experience in property sales
Hard working and driven
Full UK driver's license
Able to work well independently as well as in a team
Well organised and time efficient

Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
Book viewing.
Generate and negotiate offers.
Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
