Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,361.43 per year
