About the Role

***We're looking to appoint a Contracts Officer in our growing Maintenance team at the University of Warwick.

Salary up to £44,263 per annum plus a generous benefits package including hybrid working and 42 days leave (including bank holidays)


In this key role you'll be responsible for a small team of Contracts Supervisors to manage our contracts for outsourced electrical services to ensure that all statutory, planned and reactive maintenance is carried out by contractors to university standards and represents value for money.


You'll also be involved with the strategic side of contracts management by having input to the development and implementation of an Outsourced Services Strategy with the Contracts Manager and our Procurement team.

You'll also have the opportunity to assist with the development of processes and procedures to improve the operation of contracted services.


About You

***You'll have a facilities management qualification, along with experience of working within the building services sector undertaking mechanical or electrical installation and maintenance works. You'll have experience of managing specialist contractors on maintenance, defect repairs and minor projects.
