The C TWO team is growing rapidly. As a result, we're recruiting across all areas of the business. The Chief of Staff will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our executive leadership team.

Key elements of the role include:

• Leading crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment, effective communication, and timely delivery.
• Working with Founders to prioritise tasks and ensuring they are always up to date with Company developments.
• Promote team integration, crossfunctional communication, and collaboration; also strive to ensure great communication between the Executive team and the wider company to ensure alignment and support are given where necessary.
• Proactively follow up with the leadership team if and when goals and actions are not being achieved and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Oversee the setting and execution of companywide metrics and OKRS to ensure alignment and accountability across the company.
• Organize, facilitate and prepare for key leadership team and board meetings.
• Preparing presentations, reports, proposals, project documentation and research packs often working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing analysis, recommendations, and options to the CEO regarding highimpact decisions and assessing risk when making business decisions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience driving organisational change, and leading internal projects.
• Be valuesled; passionate about improving people's lives through automation technology.
• A 'can do' attitude, a bias for action and a willingness to 'muck in' and roll your sleeves up.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the degrees of change of a fastpaced environment.
• You are curious, logical and a very structured thinker who can break down complex problems and leverage data in all your work.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in a highgrowth startup is essential
• Experience in VC funding rounds is beneficial but not essential.
