Description
Duties:
- General administration duties in the office
- Maintain and update excel spreadsheets for one or two of our electrical contracts
- Assist on outbound and inbound calls to residents to accumulate and manage bookings
- Develop and maintain helpdesk procedures and documentation
- Update spreadsheet with bookings times, dates and any other notes
- Assist with diary management for the electricians on site
- Coding up any works created from the bookings on a web based system, iWorld
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies to enhance the helpdesk function
Requirements:
- Use of Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a helpdesk, telephone bookings and diary appointments
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactively and use of initiative thinking
- Excellent administration duties and data entry
- Work well under pressure
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
