Description

Duties:

  • General administration duties in the office
  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets for one or two of our electrical contracts
  • Assist on outbound and inbound calls to residents to accumulate and manage bookings
  • Develop and maintain helpdesk procedures and documentation
  • Update spreadsheet with bookings times, dates and any other notes
  • Assist with diary management for the electricians on site
  • Coding up any works created from the bookings on a web based system, iWorld
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies to enhance the helpdesk function

Requirements:


  • Use of Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in a helpdesk, telephone bookings and diary appointments
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactively and use of initiative thinking
  • Excellent administration duties and data entry
  • Work well under pressure

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
