We are Hiring Summer Temporary Positions

£11.44 per hour

Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

(1 hour lunch) 37.5 hours per week*Location: Northarbour Road, PO6 3TD

This is a job that requires attention to detail and plenty of initiative.

You will be spending most of your day on the phone so it is important that you are clear and confident to deal with clients at all levels over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Chase references within service level agreement.
Manage inbound/outbound calls.
To ensure file and system records are kept fully up to date, within timescales and to company standard.
To provide excellent customer service to our clients

Requirements:

Customer Service knowledge (experience is a bonus)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good listening skills
Comfortable in a fastpaced environment.

*This temporary position doesn't accommodate any leave during this period. You will accrue 2 days per month which will be paid at the end of the contract term.
