Business Development Executive_

£25,000 - £35,000 plus monthly bonus_

_Main duties of the post:
_


  • The BDE role is responsible for finding new customers and growing existing relationships with local_
- businesses requiring Health & Safety and/or Utilities Training. This is an outbound role with high activity_
- levels which are reflected within the KPI's._


_Responsibilities:
_


  • Account Management of my client's high volume low spend accounts across_
- your region achieved by:_

- _Researching and identifying prospective customers in your locality to target_
- _Identifying upsell opportunities across training course portfolio_
- _Cross selling services from across the Group_
- _Working with Bookings Manager and General Manager to target_
- customers based on specific key service areas_
- _Reviewing and analysing forward booking data to identify areas of focus_
- _Ensuring all quality & sales KPI's are met on a monthly/annual basis_


_Key Performance Indicators:
_

- _1 x weekly promotional campaign_
- _Quotes per month (ave 2 per week)_
- _New qualified customer bookings per month_
