£27,000 - £32,000 per annum

A fast-paced and growing events start-up is seeking an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role is varied but requires somebody with an operational and numerical mind-set.

The role offers hybrid/flexi working but on the days you're in 'the office' you'll be working from their cool workshop in Shoreditch.

Int his role you will support the Business Owner and Operations Manager with the day to day operational tasks providing exceptional organisational, coordination and project management support.


Duties will include some of the following:

  • Staff rota-ing, onboarding staff and coordinating training for staff
  • Recruiting and training the workshop team
  • Stock management
  • Support Operations Manager with financial tasks
  • Yearly supplier review on costings
  • Support with logistics and research as the business grows
  • Venue booking and venue management
In order to be successful in this role the chosen Operations Coordinator needs to have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong project management and/or coordination experience
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT savvy and good at adapting to new technology
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong numerical skills
