Anexciting and
challenging opportunity has arisen to work within a
fantastic caravan and motorhome service department.
We are seeking a confident, outgoing person with a hands on approach to enhance our Aftersales Team.
The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking caravans in for service & repairs, checking & assessing condition and completing paper records
- Initiating job documentation and maintaining customer records and follow up systems
- Calculates charges for all parts, labour & service repairs ensuring the accuracy of the charges, pays attention to detail
- Prepares and presents invoices and obtains payment in line with Company policy
- Ability to write clearly and legibly and document items accurately
- Ability to competently use Microsoft outlook, Word and XL Spreadsheets
- Ensure the tidiness of the reception desks and office to promote the professional image of the company
- To perform any other duties as requested by the Service Office Manager
Previous experience in a customer facing, pressured environment would be beneficial.
Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, Sat (on rota) 8.30am-12.30pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
