An
exciting and
challenging opportunity has arisen to work within a
fantastic caravan and motorhome service department.

We are seeking a confident, outgoing person with a hands on approach to enhance our Aftersales Team.

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities:

Handling a high volume of telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Booking caravans in for service & repairs, checking & assessing condition and completing paper records
Initiating job documentation and maintaining customer records and follow up systems
Calculates charges for all parts, labour & service repairs ensuring the accuracy of the charges, pays attention to detail
Prepares and presents invoices and obtains payment in line with Company policy
Ability to write clearly and legibly and document items accurately
Ability to competently use Microsoft outlook, Word and XL Spreadsheets
Ensure the tidiness of the reception desks and office to promote the professional image of the company
To perform any other duties as requested by the Service Office Manager

A knowledge of caravans is advantageous though not essential as training will be given.

Previous experience in a customer facing, pressured environment would be beneficial.

Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, Sat (on rota) 8.30am-12.30pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
