Fire & Security Operations Manager - Central London - £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses and Benefits

We have a real exciting opportunity available for an Electronic Security and Life Safety professional. Working for a longstanding, reputable organisation based in the London region. For the right person this opportunity will be extremely rewarding whilstbeing supported by a stable and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:


  • Provision of maintenance and operational support capability
  • Provision of 24 hr call out arrangements (with 4 hr response where required)
  • Provision of annual maintenance schedules

The activities to be carried out by the Operations Manager include:

  • Management and development of dedicated Engineering Team, Admin Team and Supervisors.
  • Maintain effective team focus and compliance with Quality, Safety and Regulatory Environment.
  • Maximise service level expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience of Service Delivery management
  • Customer facing experience
  • Managing a technical team
  • Working to customer KPI's
