We are working with a specialist finance company based in Chester - they are looking for a Operations Officer to join their team.

You will be joining a thriving company who take pride in their sustainable and customer-focused approach, to help them guide their clients through the onboarding process.

Duties of a Operations Officer;

Transaction monitoring and payment processing
Complaint handling
Operational projects

Skills Required to Become a Operations Officer here;

Must have experience within a financial services role, ideally something similar
Knowledge of financial regulations
Experience with complaints handling
