Description
We are looking for a temporary admin assistant that can help with tasks such as;Diary management, organising meetings, travel booking, basic slide preparation, sending out communications, team invites and general admin support for the management team and the people development committee.
Experience & Skill set required:
- At least 3 years Administration experience
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
- Good attention to detail
