    Home Manager Position - High-End Residential Care Facility

    Compensation: Up to £70,000 per annum, plus Bonus & benefits package

    Location: Honiton, Devon.

    We are partnering with a valued client to find an experienced Registered Manager for their luxury elderly residential home in the Honiton area. The facility has earned a remarkable reputation in the community and is seeking a skilled leader to maintain its exceptional care standards.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality care delivery and services to residents.
    2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and lead a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, promoting a positive work environment and professional growth.
    3. Financial Management: Oversee the home's finances, monitor expenses, and secure financial sustainability, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue generation.
    4. Family and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents' families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Represent the facility in the local community and maintain a positive image.
    5. Continuously assess and improve care quality and services, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience.

    Qualifications:

    1. A minimum of 4 years of management experience in a residential or nursing home, preferably within the luxury care market.
    2. Previous experience managing a large-sized nursing home with a proven track record of CQC compliance.
    3. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and autonomy, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
