This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 administrator to help support the teams in the Emergency Department and Emergency Assessment Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital.


The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain paper and electronic records and support the team to achieve organisational objectives.


We are looking to recruit a motivated and proactive individual who can use their initiative and is able to work unsupervised.

Previous administration/secretarial experience is essential.


To provide supervisory, administrative and secretarial support to the senior nursing team in the Emergency Department and Emergency Assessment Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

The post holder will work closely with the senior nursing team and all relevant staff members and will provide a high quality, comprehensive, professional and confidential PA/secretarial and administrative service to the allocated departments.


The Trust comprises four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
