Description
An IT Support Engineer is required for a leading healthcare company based in Northampton. A salary of up to £30,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will provide computer and network support to the organisation, ensuring excellent service and communication.

You will provide full first-line support to internal customers, you will assist with project rollouts and be responsible for setting up new equipment.

You will be the 'go-to' for technical support for your colleagues. You will resolve helpdesk tickets in an efficient, timely and friendly manner by troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.

Skills Required:

The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

  • Network support experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Active Directory
  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk role
