Outbound Account Manager
Are you an account manager who is excellent at building relationships with clients and networking?
We are looking for an outbound account manager who will be responsible for establishing and building on existing partnerships to secure referrals with agencies.
This role is crucial for company growth and development of existing key accounts.This role would suit someone who is self-motivated and driven, who enjoys networking with people at all different levels
Essentials for this role
- Must have a proven record of meeting/ exceeding targets
- Must have existing contacts/ network in the recruitment sector, experience within umbrella/ payroll/ accounting is a bonus
- Must know full sales lifecycle (from generating a cold lead through to closing business)
- Must be commutable to Watford as this is an onsite based role
