Insolvency Administrator - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Harper McDermott Ltd

The main role of the Insolvency Administrator as part of the Supervision Team will be to prepare and submit statutory reports to creditors, all creditor services related work, CRM maintenance and any other matters involved in managing a large portfolio of Protected Trust Deeds
All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company's focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Qualifications / Experience:
Previous experience of administering Protected Trust Deeds & DPPs - Desirable
Basic administration & computer skills - Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
To undertake day to day administration of Protected Trust Deeds including:
- Reports to AiB/creditors/debtors
- Creditors services
- All general administration, as required
- CRM maintenance
- Weekly reporting on KPIs
- Completion of all work in line with internal processes and legislation
- Observe complete confidentiality on every occasion to protect client and employee information in line with GDPR
Knowledge and Skills required:
Good interpersonal skills
Good time management & organisational skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to follow all company policies and core values
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
