Consumer Additions are currently partnered with a luxury womenswear designer who is seeking an Operations Coordinator.

This is a small, but high-growth brand with global reach.

Their clothing has been worn by the likes of Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and Selena Gomez to name a few.

If you are an enthusiastic, commercially minded, and proactive individual that has experience working within operations/logistics, and love working within a fast-paced business, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all stock is in the right place at the right time
Process orders and returns placed on the eCommerce site
Liaise closely with the 3PL warehouse and visit on an Adhoc basis when required
Responsible for the ordering of consumables for the warehouse
Arrange the transferring of stock between the warehouse and the store/showroom
Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipping with couriers
Operations/logistics sales experience
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to multitask effectively (crucial). Exceptional attention to detail and strong inclination to problem solving.
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
Autonomous selfstarter, intuitive and proactive. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
